We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

Incorrect product received.
Lost in transit (refund of product price if returned due to an invalid address).
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@yugenbay.com for further details. Please note that returns must be sent back to us to process a refund. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
